Daniel (Dan) J. Anello, Esq. is a California-licensed litigation attorney with more than five years of experience representing businesses, real estate investors, and individuals in complex civil litigation throughout California’s state and federal courts. Before pursuing a legal career, Dan spent nearly a decade as a LEED-accredited project manager on large military, federal, and commercial construction projects — experience that now informs his approach to construction and real estate disputes.

Dan’s litigation practice has centered on complex business, real estate, and construction matters, including breach of contract, investment and securities fraud, and asset management disputes, representing clients from initial pleadings through trial. His background also includes defense of public entities and premises liability claims, as well as an earlier chapter representing criminal defendants in California state and federal court. Prior to private practice, Dan spent several years in the plaintiff’s personal injury industry, managing case intake, marketing, and operations for firms handling caseloads of more than 2,000 matters — an experience that continues to shape his client-focused approach to litigation.

Now practicing independently, Dan brings this full range of courtroom, negotiation, and business experience to clients throughout California who need practical, results-driven representation in business, real estate, construction, and contract disputes.
